These raspberry-flavored balsamic pearls are obtained by spherification (using a gelling agent - sodium alginate) of Don Giovanni’s dark and white balsamic condiments which are then turned into small spheres with liquid heart, similar to caviar but 100% plant based. With a soft consistency, they encase the unique taste of Balsamic Vinegar and concentrate its aromas and fragrances in a warm and harmonious symphony of flavors.
